LabMed 服务条款

欢迎使用 LabMed(以下简称"本应用")。请仔细阅读本条款。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 服务说明

本应用是医院检验科试剂库存管理工具,提供试剂目录、批号管理、效期预警、工作量统计、采购建议等功能。本应用为辅助管理工具,不替代医院实验室信息系统(LIS)、药品质量管理体系(GMP/ISO 15189)等正式系统。

2. 医疗免责

重要:本应用提供的库存数据、效期预警、采购建议等仅供参考。涉及患者检测、试剂使用、过期判断等医疗决策时,必须以医院 LIS / GMP 系统、试剂厂商说明书、临床主管的判断为准。

开发者不对因使用本应用导致的医疗决策错误、库存损失、试剂过期、检测延误等任何后果承担责任。

3. 数据准确性

本应用所有数据由用户输入或导入。我们不对数据的完整性、准确性、时效性作任何保证。用户应定期备份本应用的数据(设置 → 数据管理 → 导出备份)。

4. 应用内购买

LabMed Pro 为一次性买断功能解锁(¥18),由 Apple App Store 处理。具体退款政策遵循 Apple Media Services 服务条款。买断后可在所有使用同一 Apple ID 的设备恢复购买。

5. 知识产权

本应用的代码、UI 设计、Icon、文档由开发者拥有版权。试剂名称、Roche cobas 8000 等品牌为各自所有者的商标,本应用仅在功能描述中提及,不暗示任何形式的合作或背书。

本应用可能因 Apple 政策、技术原因或开发者主动决定下架或停止更新。届时已下载的副本不会自动失效,但不再获得新功能或安全更新。

9. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议,以开发者所在地人民法院为管辖法院。

Welcome to LabMed. Please read these terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using LabMed, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

LabMed is a hospital lab reagent inventory management tool, providing reagent catalog, lot management, expiry alerts, workload statistics, and purchase suggestions. LabMed is an auxiliary management tool and does not replace formal hospital systems such as LIS (Laboratory Information System), GMP, or ISO 15189 quality systems.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Stock data, expiry alerts, and purchase suggestions provided by LabMed are for reference only. For medical decisions involving patient testing, reagent usage, or expiry determination, always defer to the hospital's LIS / GMP system, reagent manufacturer's instructions, and clinical supervisor's judgment.

The developer is not liable for any consequences arising from use of LabMed, including but not limited to medical decision errors, inventory loss, reagent expiry, or testing delays.

3. Data Accuracy

All data in LabMed is entered or imported by users. We make no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of data. Users should regularly back up LabMed data (Settings → Data → Export Backup).

4. In-App Purchase

LabMed Pro is a one-time feature unlock (¥18), processed by Apple App Store. Refund policies follow Apple Media Services Terms. After purchase, you can restore on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

5. Intellectual Property

Code, UI design, icon, and documentation of LabMed are copyright of the developer. Reagent names, Roche cobas 8000, and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. References in LabMed are functional descriptions only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

LabMed may be removed from the App Store or cease updates due to Apple policy, technical reasons, or developer decision. Downloaded copies will continue to function but will not receive new features or security updates.

8. Changes to Terms

If these terms are updated, we will post the updates in-app or on this page. Continued use of LabMed constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the people's court of the developer's jurisdiction.
