一、软件性质
LabDoc 是一款供医学实验室 / 医院检验科使用的文件与记录管理工具，用于协助整理体系文件、登记日常记录、准备实验室认可(如 ISO 15189)相关材料。
重要：LabDoc 不是医疗器械，不用于疾病的诊断、治疗或预防，不对患者标本进行检测，也不产生任何检验结果或临床判读。app 内的计算与判定(如质控规则、统计指标)仅为辅助整理与呈现，一切结论须由具备资质的专业人员依据本机构的规程复核后确认。
二、使用许可
您获得一份个人的、不可转让的许可，用于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本 app。禁止对本 app 进行反向工程、再分发或转售。
三、您的责任
- 确保录入内容真实、准确，并符合您所在机构与所在地法律法规的记录管理要求。
- 自行负责数据备份。app 为纯本地存储，删除 app 或设备丢失将导致数据不可恢复。
- 妥善保管备份口令与登录 PIN，二者均无法找回。
- 不得在本 app 中录入超出业务必要范围的患者可识别信息。
四、免责声明
本 app 按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或默示担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本 app 而导致的任何数据丢失、业务中断或间接损失承担责任。本 app 不替代您所在机构的质量管理体系与人工复核流程。
五、条款变更
条款如有变更，将在本页更新生效日期；继续使用即视为接受。

1. Nature of the Software
LabDoc is a document and record management tool for medical laboratories, supporting quality-system documentation, routine record keeping, and preparation for laboratory accreditation (e.g. ISO 15189).
Important: LabDoc is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease, does not analyze patient specimens, and does not produce or interpret test results. In-app calculations (e.g. QC rules, statistical indicators) are organizational aids only; all conclusions must be reviewed and confirmed by qualified personnel under your institution's own procedures.
2. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, redistribution and resale are prohibited.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure entered content is accurate and complies with your institution's and jurisdiction's record-keeping requirements.
- Maintain your own backups. Data is stored locally only; deleting the app or losing the device makes data unrecoverable.
- Safeguard your backup passphrase and login PIN — neither can be recovered.
- Do not enter patient-identifiable information beyond what your work genuinely requires.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app. It does not replace your institution's quality management system or human review.
5. Changes
Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
