一、我们收集哪些信息
我们不收集任何信息。LabDoc 没有账号体系、没有服务器、不含任何第三方分析或广告 SDK，也不进行任何网络上报。
二、您的数据存在哪里
您在 app 内录入的全部内容——包括体系文件、各类记录、人员与设备信息、附件与图片——仅保存在您本机的 app 沙盒内。这些数据不会离开您的设备，除非您主动执行下述操作：
- 导出 / 分享：您可以主动把文件、清单或备份通过系统分享面板发送给他人或其他 app。此时数据去向完全由您选择，本 app 不参与传输。
- 加密备份：备份文件使用您设置的口令进行 AES-GCM 加密，仅存放在您指定的位置。口令不会上传也无法找回，请妥善保管。
- iCloud / iTunes 设备备份：若您在系统层面开启了设备备份，app 数据可能随之被 Apple 备份，该行为受 Apple 的隐私政策约束。
三、权限说明
- 照片：仅在您主动选择上传科室平面图等图片时使用系统图片选择器；app 不会读取您的照片库。
- 通知：用于文件复审、设备校准、记录到期等本地提醒。全部为本地通知，不经过任何服务器。
四、数据共享与出售
我们不共享、不出售、不转让您的任何数据——因为我们从未取得这些数据。
五、儿童隐私
本 app 面向医疗机构专业人员，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其信息。
六、数据删除
删除 app 即会一并删除其沙盒内的全部数据。此操作不可撤销，请先做好备份。
七、政策变更
若本政策有实质性变更，我们会在本页更新生效日期。

LabDoc Privacy Policy
Effective: 2026-08-20
In short: LabDoc runs entirely offline on your device. We collect nothing, upload nothing, and share nothing. The developer cannot access any content you enter.
1. Information We Collect
None. LabDoc has no accounts, no servers, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. It performs no network reporting of any kind.
2. Where Your Data Lives
Everything you enter — documents, records, personnel and equipment data, attachments and images — is stored only in the app sandbox on your device. It never leaves your device unless you actively:
- Export / share a file or backup through the system share sheet. You choose the destination; the app is not involved in transmission.
- Create an encrypted backup, protected with a passphrase you set using AES-GCM. The passphrase is never uploaded and cannot be recovered.
- Enable iCloud / iTunes device backup at the OS level, in which case Apple's privacy policy governs that backup.
3. Permissions
- Photos: only via the system picker when you choose to attach an image (e.g. a lab floor plan). The app does not read your photo library.
- Notifications: local reminders for document review, equipment calibration and record due dates. All local; no server involved.
4. Sharing & Sale of Data
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data — we never receive it.
5. Children's Privacy
LabDoc is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
6. Data Deletion
Deleting the app permanently deletes all data in its sandbox. Back up first.
7. Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
